• Support end-to-end UX work: research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
• Assist with user interviews, surveys, and usability tests; help synthesize findings into personas, journey maps, and actionable insights
• Design and iterate on flows in Figma, incorporating feedback from design critiques
• Use AI tools (e.g., Figma AI, ChatGPT/Claude, Midjourney or similar) to accelerate ideation, generate variations, and speed up early-stage exploration — while personally reviewing, curating, and refining every output before it goes further
• We are looking for a natural leader and team coach to take this key role and partner to lead Agile Transformation at the team-level. This role will be responsible for helping to execute the new vision for digital customer experience and foundational excellence at ServiceNow. You will lead two Scrum teams.

• Own and drive SRE practices across cloud-native platforms, infrastructure and applications.
• Lead production readiness reviews, reliability assessments, architecture reviews and operational risk evaluations.
• Troubleshoot complex production and non-production issues across infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies, cloud platforms, networking and application performance.
• Improve system availability, scalability, resilience, latency and recovery through automation, proactive monitoring and self-healing solutions.
• Mission of this team: Build and deliver the world’s best B2B Digital Marketing Experience to prospects and customers across global geo and localization sites
• Manage day-to-day publishing in AEM (On-Prem and Cloud): authoring, page builds, components, templates, DAM, MSM/Launches, translations, approvals, and publishing
• Execute global content lifecycle: intake, creation, review, localization, versioning, deprecation/archival; enforce taxonomy, metadata, governance, and SEO basics
