Responsibilities:
Business Communication Training:
- Should have a sound understanding of CEFR international standards; and should develop and deliver effective business communication training
- programs tailored to different levels within the organization specific to workplace skill requirements
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions to improve employees’ spoken and written formal communication skills, including email writing, presentations, and interpersonal communication.
- Implement positive reinforcers to improve training attendance and learning effectiveness through tangible demonstration of skill in their day to day tasks
- Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of communication training initiatives, report the same to required stakeholders and make necessary improvements.
Training Coordination:
- Manage the logistics and coordination of training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangement, and communication with participants.
- Implement positive reinforcers to improve training attendance and learning effectiveness through tangible demonstration of skill in their day to day tasks
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and monitor participation and feedback.
Learning and Development:
- Assist in the design, implementation, and management of comprehensive learning and development programs that support employee learning needs for performance management, and career development
- Coordinate with various departments to identify training needs and develop / curate and make available relevant training materials and resources Facilitate learning interventions, including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, and blended learning approaches.
- Implement positive reinforcers to improve training attendance and learning effectiveness through tangible demonstration of skill in their day to day tasks
Maintain accurate records of all learning and Development metrics and ensure
Required Skills:
Performance Management and Development:
- Assist in the implementation and administration of the performance management process, including goal setting (KRAs, KPIs), performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
- Provide briefing to associates on the process and effective performance management practices.
Career Development:
- Support associates in their career development by providing guidance and resources for skill enhancement and professional growth.
- Collaborate with managers to create individual development plans and track progress against career goals.
Culture Building:
- Promote and support initiatives that enhance the company’s culture and values.
- Organize and facilitate team-building activities, diversity and inclusion programs, and other cultural initiatives.

- 3 – 6 Years of experience
- MBA – HR&OB, Education
