• Develop, maintain, and enhance .NET applications with front-end interfaces in Angular.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Coordinate internal training calendars, cohorts, venues/virtual links, and trainer availability.
• Manage session logistics: nominations, invites, attendance, materials, assessments, and feedback.
• Support internal trainers/SMEs with session plans, toolkits, and learning resources.
• Ensure trainings run as per schedule and maintain consistent learner experience.

• EDI Development – Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC).
• Build and optimize Rulesets for X12, EDIFACT, XML, JSON, and other structured formats.
• Ensure that all applications are running optimally and that there are no failure points.
• Configure and manage API Consumer/Producer endpoints within CIC. Set up and manage Inbound/Outbound Routes, Envelopes, and Code Tables.
• Ensure smooth processing of EDI transactions (X12, EDIFACT, flat files).

• Proficiency in modern JavaScript Frameworks (like React or Angular), Node, and C#
• BS or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years full stack development experience in SaaS environment
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented principles, data structures, algorithms, and profiling/optimization

• Design and develop web applications using Angular (primary) and .NET 8 for backend services
• Contribute to projects that include React components when needed (good-to-have)
• Lead integration efforts and guide the team on implementing new product features
• Ensure application performance, scalability, quality, and responsiveness

• As a Product Manager you will ensure the product creates value for its customers, users, and SenecaGlobal.
• As the primary product champion you will focus on opportunities and problems spaces by working with internal customer-facing stakeholders, seeking customer input, looking at data, and understanding “the why”. You will serve as a product evangelist to stakeholders while being the voice of the customer to the engineering and delivery teams. You are comfortable wearing multiple hats to drive progress and balance resources to ensure success. You have exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and communication skills.
