Senior UI/UX Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design Management System: Create, maintain, and scale component libraries and style guides to ensure design consistency across all products.
• User-Centered Design: Conduct user research, develop personas, and map user journeys to guide design decisions.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Build low- and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design flows to communicate design intent effectively.
• Figma Expertise:
  • Manage variables for design tokens (color, typography, spacing)
  • Apply auto-layout for responsive designs
  • Utilize component properties and variants for scalable UI systems
  • Create interactive components for rapid prototyping
  • Use FigJam for brainstorming sessions and collaborative workshops
• Collaboration: Work closely with front-end engineers to ensure accurate implementation and resolve design-related challenges during development.
• Usability Testing: Plan and execute usability tests, gather user feedback, and iterate designs accordingly.
• Industry Standards: Stay updated on UI/UX trends, WCAG accessibility guidelines, and responsive design best practices.

Required Skills:

• Familiarity with tools like Figma Make, Lovable, Replit or similar collaborative design/development platforms.
• Should have an active Behance portfolio.

Experience & Qualifications

• 02 – 03 Years of experience        
• BE/B. Tech/M. Tech/MCA
