Technical Anlayst

Responsibilities:

• We are looking for a Senior .Net Developer with strong engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience in AI-driven development practices.
• The ideal candidate is a backend developer with expertise across backend and a mindset that combines engineering rigor with AI-enabled efficiency.

End-to-End Ownership

• Take complete ownership of a module/Swimlane from design → development → testing → delivery
• Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions
• Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Backend Development

• Design and develop robust backend services using .NET Core.

Work with PostgreSQL databases for efficient data modeling and querying AI-Driven Development

• Leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) to accelerate development
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to generate and refine code
• Integrate AI into the entire development lifecycle (design, coding, testing, optimization)
• Critically evaluate AI-generated outputs for:
• Code quality and correctness
• Performance improvements
• Maintainability and scalability.

Quality & Optimization

• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
• Make informed decisions on architecture and design improvements

Experience & Qualifications
