Azure DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Advanced knowledge of Azure cloud services, including virtual machines, containers, networking, and databases.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform (Mandatory), ARM templates or Azure Bicep (Optional) for automating infrastructure deployment.
• Expertise in version control systems, particularly Git, for tracking and managing code changes.
• Should have work experience on DevOps deployment methodologies.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for task and process automation.
• Should have knowledge on application deployments on Azure.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging solutions like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights for ensuring performance and reliability.
• Understanding of security best practices, including role-based access control (RBAC), Azure Policy, and secret management with Azure Key Vault.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with development, operations, and security teams, paired with excellent communication abilities to foster a DevOps culture.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes, particularly on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

Solid problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges in DevOps workflows.
